vetstoronto:Communication was difficult, even with illustrations sent to explain. The job was quoted with all details given, then midway the seller requested more money to finish. I originally requested .pdf \u0026 .jpg was sent. Still waiting on seller to send ,pdf file on an order started 7 days ago.
